The client is a leading multinational Technology company setting up a shared service in the Philippines.
- Continuously assess and improve transactional finance processes, identifying opportunities for automation, streamlining, and cost efficiency.
- Implement best practices to enhance operational effectiveness.
- Oversee the accuracy and integrity of financial transactions, including invoice processing, payment processing, reconciliation, and revenue recognition.
- Monitor financial data for discrepancies and address issues promptly.
- Ensure that all financial operations adhere to relevant regulatory requirements, industry standards, and internal policies. Implement and maintain strong internal controls to mitigate financial risks.
- Prepare and present financial reports, statements, and key performance metrics to senior management.
- Provide valuable insights and analysis to support strategic decision-making. Coordinate with internal and external auditors.
- Collaborate with various departments, including Sales, Operations, HR, and IT, to ensure seamless financial transactions and provide financial support as needed to drive overall business objectives.

- Completed a Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accountancy, or equivalent.
- CPA required.
- At least 8 to 10 years of experience in Operational Finance
- Experience as a Process Owner in a global organization
- Experience in establishing and checking controls
- Experience setting up a global shared service center
- Experience leading a team
- Amenable to a hybrid setup in BGC
