The client is a leading multinational Technology company setting up a shared service center in the Philippines.
- Establishing the Finance Shared Service Center
- Developing strategies for local and global processes
- Overseeing operations
- Ensuring visibility with global counterparts
- Piloting projects for technology improvements in the Service Center
- Monitoring budgets vs. actual cost, profit and loss, among others
- Coordinating with Process Owners and supervise them to achieve strategic goals
- Driving governance meetings
- Stakeholder management
- People management
- Employee engagement
- Completed a Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or other related fields
- At least 15 to 20 years of experience in Operational Finance
- CPA required
- Must have experience building a global shared service center
- People management experience
- Amenable to a hybrid setup in BGC
