Our client is an industrial company expanded its Shared Service Center.

• Preparation of analysis of costs, profitability, KPI and providing advice to action to management in a proactive manner in line with business strategy and internal (reporting) guidelines.
• Participation in the development and monitoring of budgets, forecasts and plans – support for the Regional Head of Controlling.
• Coordination of monthly closing and responsibility for the preparation of corresponding reporting package.
• Ensure the analysis relating to any gaps between budget and realisation, forecast and realisation – support for the Regional Head of Controlling.
• Cooperation with other departments to obtain the data necessary for management reporting.
• Calculation and analyse of production costs, standard costs of items and their yearly update.
• Finished Goods sales prices calculations and update, cooperation with other departments to obtain the data needed for the valuation.
• Ensure that the principles, definitions and rules in the scope of FICO processes are respected and realised to ensure the reporting quality
• Providing needed documentation and response towards internal and external audit, working on audit non conformity’s items in order to correct any identified problems or concerns.

• Bachelor in Finance/Controlling/Economy or equivalent field of study is required;
• At least 2-3 years of experience in controlling area;
• Experience in a shared services environment is a plus;
• Fluent in English (written and spoken mandatory);
• Fluency in German, Dutch or Polish preferred;
• Very good knowledge of MS Excel, MS Office;
• Experience in working in SAP FI-CO moduldes, knowledge of SAP-Bi
• Knowledge of SAP.
