My client is a medium-sized and international company in the manufacturing sector and is looking for a Head of Finance and Accounting (m/f/d) in the Leinfelden-Echterdingen region to support him as soon as possible. The position and the company offer great training and development opportunities.
- Control and management of the agile, motivated and highly qualified team in financial accounting
- Setting up a shared service center
- Responsible for accounting, including accounts receivable, accounts payable and asset accounting
- Coordination of subsidiaries at home and abroad.
- Execution of monthly, quarterly and annual financial statements in accordance with the German Commercial Code (HGB).
- Responsible for financial planning for the headquarters and its affiliated companies
- Participation in group accounting
- Optimizations in the newly introduced SAP S/4HANA system with regard to the further connection of the group companies
- Further development and optimization of group-wide financial accounting processes
- Financial management control
- Preparation of decision-relevant analyzes and key figures
- Several years of experience in a similar position in an international manufacturing environment
- International focus (fluent in spoken and written English)
- Successfully completed business studies or vocational training, ideally with an additional qualification as an accountant or tax assistant
- Practical experience in project work around SAP is desirable
