Interwell Health (IWH) is seeking a Director of Shared Services to oversee critical finance operations, including accounts payable, treasury, and payroll. As the Director of Shared Services, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the financial future of our organization by maintaining oversight, ensuring compliance, and optimizing efficiencies.

• Compliance & Governance: Maintain and develop control framework for shared service functions, ensuring compliance with state and regulatory agencies.

• Payroll Management: Manage and oversee all the payroll procedures of IWH. Administer regular payments to employees and manage the team involved in the preparation of payroll.

• Accounts Payable: Manage and lead the accounts payable team in all daily accounts payable functions (issue checks and wires, distribution activities).

• Treasury: Responsible for the determination of cash requirements, cash concentration, short-term cash investments and maintenance of appropriate cash flow.

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance

• Demonstrated leadership skills

• Demonstrated strong customer service skills

• Demonstrated experience in shared-services function, including process excellence work

• Knowledge of accounting processes and systems
