Eurotherm is a global provider of solutions and services related to industrial processes, temperature and power control, measurement, data management / digital services.

  • Leading the implementation and expansion of Shared Services in Europe, a new tower in the European organization focused on multidisciplinary E2E process optimization,

  • Implementation of large-scale and high-value business process optimization (>$0.5 million annually) covering technical sales, product support, customer service, generational analysis and overall customer satisfaction,

  • Creating and managing a team adapted to the appropriate business area to provide E2E services through defined roles and operating model,

  • Identifying and driving end-to-end process optimization services that deliver significant transformational business value,

  • Cooperates with IT to build an optimal framework for planning and implementing business transformation for the appropriate business area,

  • Promoting Continuous Improvement, developing activities that create a work environment designed to attract, develop and retain talent, thereby ensuring the continuous delivery of service that exceeds customer expectations,

  • Promoting the availability of data-driven analytics and decision-making.

  • A proven track record of delivering end to end process improvement initiatives,

  • Experience in a similar position min. 5 years,

  • Working knowledge across multiple technology driven process improvement capabilities (Process Mining, Process Re-Engineering, Robotic Process Automation, Digital Adoption Platforms, BPM, digital process mapping, etc),

  • Exceptional influencing skills across all stakeholder levels including development of compelling Business Cases,

  • Analytical competencies (i.e., statistical analysis, data visualization),

  • Experience in leading highly complex, cross-functional projects/programs,

  • Experience in establishing and developing high-performing, globally based teams,

  • Strong English Communication Skills Writing and Verbal,

  • Experience in working within a Shared Services environment,

  • Excellent leadership and team management skills,

  • Experience working with Agile delivery methodology,

  • Experience or qualifications in similar Service/Industry area,

  • Multi-cultural awareness and cultural adaptability,

  • Knowledge of LEAN/six sigma.
