We are seeking talented Senior Managers with proven experience in the scoping, shaping and delivery of large scale, People and Organization Transformation programs, who bring experience, insight, and energy to drive complex change. We are specifically looking for individuals who have the end-to-end transformation experience encompassing:
- Target Operating Model transformation programs, driven by strategy, customer and / or cost reduction,
- Business Change – including ERP and digital led change, and / or
- Global Business Services/Shared Services transformations
This role will be critical to the design and successful delivery of complex people and organization transformation programs and will support diverse client bases that operate globally, across an enterprise and/or multiple functions (front, middle and back-office) and sectors. We are looking for a leader and influencer in People and Organization Transformation, who can help to grow our People Consulting practice in the UK
Location: Birmingham, London, Manchester, Watford
- Work closely with and build strong working relationships with FTSE 100 clients across a diverse set of corporate clients, for example Energy, FMCG, Telco, Pharma, Life Sciences, and Media
- Lead complex, people and organization transformation programs from a People Consulting perspective, leading workstreams, typically consisting of mixed KPMG consultants and client team members, to drive transformation, integrating across large multi-disciplinary KPMG program teams and providing leadership on the people side of the solution/ implementation
- Being responsible for quality and delivery on time and to cost of the People Consulting scope
- Build and shape relationships with clients on a daily basis – typically acting as the on-site, day to day lead for the People Consulting scope
- Support in generating new client opportunities by building and leveraging your networks with clients and within KPMG
- Take a lead role in continuing to innovate our People Consulting propositions, tools and assets
- Take a lead in knowledge sharing and developing skills internally across our team
- Be a career coach for consultants helping them to develop and progress their careers
The expectation is for transformation experience across Departments, Functions and ideally at Enterprise level. You will have proven experience in helping clients to scope, shape and deliver their transformation activity, including technology driven change and transformation, encompassing:
- Change Strategy and Plan development and execution
- Stakeholder Engagement and Management – strategic assessments, intervention planning
- C Suite and ExCo Leadership Alignment – with experience of aligning business and technology leaders
- Delivering change – through developing case for change, engaging adoption campaigns, communications, change networks, learning & development interventions
- People transition management – employee relations, consultation planning & communications across multiple countries and knowledge transfer.
- Deployment– including sequencing, local team preparation, people and change impact assessments, and localization
- Culture change definition and implementation
- Change impact assessment and business readiness assessment
- Measuring change

- Have ‘core consulting’ experience in developing proposals, managing teams and project risks, influencing upwards both internally and externally, and leading through complexity and ambiguity.
