The Amazon Web Services (AWS) Executive Briefing Program (EBC) is seeking an experienced Sr. Program Manager to help manage and deliver the content and speaker strategy for the EBC. As a Sr. Content and Speaker Program Manager, you are responsible for partnering with business stakeholders to identify relevant content for the executive audience and identifying the appropriate speakers to deliver this content. The Sr. Content and Speaker PM will be responsible for creating efficiencies in the briefing planning process that enable the program to scale globally.

• Help manage the content strategy for the Global EBC Program, including EBCs at events such as the AWS Global Summits and AWS re: Invent.
• Work with product, sales, marketing, and AWS service teams to establish new content offerings for executive engagements and refresh existing content to ensure topic relevancy.
• Develop enablement materials to educate stakeholders on new topics or engagement opportunities offered through the EBC.
• Improve, and in some cases, develop standard operating procedures for EBC content and speaker stakeholders and internal tool program management tools.

• Experience implementing repeatable processes and driving automation or standardization
• 3+ years working as part of an Executive Briefing Program
• 6+ years experience working with C-suite clients in a technology setting
• 6+ years’ experience building, executing and scaling cross-functional programs
• 6+ years’ experience working with broad groups of stakeholders including senior leadership
• 6+ years’ experience managing multiple projects at the same time, and navigating competing priorities and goals
• Understanding of cloud computing concepts, specifically AWS services and solutions
• Demonstrated success in program and project management including monitoring and delivering on KPIs
• Proficiency with Office and Excel
