I am currently working with a leading global consultancy, who are seeking to hire an experienced Director in Shared Services and Outsourcing for a permanent opportunity to work with our Advisory services. They need someone to build and cultivate strong business relationships and shows technical and operational Leadership to deliver quality, client-centric solutions.

This role is based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia and would require relocation to the region.

Lead and Manage multiple client Shared Services and Outsourcing client’s engagements, including:

• Create a plan and business case for the establishment of outsourcing and shared services.
• Evaluate and create a target operating model for these initiatives.
• Evaluate current policies and procedures, spot any gaps, and create new procedures and policies.
• Find possibilities for operational optimisation and specify remedies to improve efficacy and efficiency.
• Manage the delivery of engagements to a level that meet quality standards within a commercial context.

• Expertise in the majority of the following fields: service design, process design, policy design, shared services design and implementation.
• Experience in adopting and implementing Agile methods in operating model and process development is a plus.
• Strong Leadership skills, and project management skills.
• Public Sector, Oil and Gas and Telcom Industry knowledge is a plus.
