The External Partner Risk Management (EPRM) framework was established to ensure that Novartis is conducting business with External Partners who align to Novartis’ ethical standards as well as external regulatory requirements. By maintaining and evolving a robust, risk-based process to qualify and monitor External Partners, Novartis protects its stakeholders from adverse events such as litigation, financial loss and reputational damage.
The Senior Manager Reporting, Analytics & Internal Controls, EPRM has 3 key responsibilities:
- Development, maintain and enhance EPRM related reporting, both internally and externally
- Provision of data analytics to drive risk identification, measure process excellence and support decision making
- Oversight of internal controls within the ONCE control framework and support of team members to conduct and evolve the control
Your responsibilities include, but not limited to:
- Oversee the inflow of data as well as the generation of data within EPRm system
- Develop, maintain and enhance appropriate dashboards to show relevant KPI’s to illustrate risk and to measure operational performance
- Provide analytical insights to stakeholders in order to support decision making
- Provide input for external reporting
- Initiate and oversee the internal controls cycle
- Evolve the internal controls as needed along with potential process or system changes
- Collaborate with ONCE team and constantly review the effectiveness of the set of controls
EDUCATION:
- University/Advanced degree is required.
- Master’s Degree/other advanced degree in Business, Engineering, IT, Finance or Science fields is preferred.
EXPERIENCE:
- > 5 years of experience in data analytics, reporting, process design or similar fields
- Solid experience data systems, data extraction, aggregation and illustration
- Experience in the fields of Finance, IT, procurement, business operations can be of advantage
