This role works closely together with the Business Analytics Group Lead (and in conjunction with matrix Impact Leads) to shape and develop the Novartis Business Analytics function and address evolving business and customer needs.
- Leads, engages, and excites the Learning and Transformation team towards developing a skills-based organization that delivers on our future of work aspirations.
- Deep functional knowledge of omni-channel marketing strategies and ability to consult partners in driving brand marketing strategies, running data driven analytics and generating insights.
- Proactively find opportunities and builds PoCs to initiate discussion with stakeholders.
- Works with extended teams (SML, Data Science, Competitive Intelligence etc) to leverage the cross-functional alliances.
- Grooms and develops talent, implements succession planning and mentor associates for higher responsibilities and conducts performance appraisal of team members and manage the training needs of the group.
- Provides input into the budget process (for local India viewpoint) and ensure ongoing detailed cost reporting in line with the global and local policies / requirements
Essential:
- A total of 6 Years of proven experience in business analytics role, into Pharmaceutical Marketing function
- Experienced in leading next best action (NBA) program, consulting program/country leads, and devising analytics framework to measure the impact.
- Deep understanding of marketing channels, tactics, personalization, measuring campaign health & sharing insights for optimization
- Well-developed analytical skills, strong problem-solving and demonstrated ability to think strategically and objectively.
- Ability to work independently, strong presentation skills, communicate effectively, and a desire to develop new capabilities.
- Orientation toward collaboration/partnership, curiosity about ongoing learning
Desirable:
- Basic/ Intermediate knowledge on other digital marketing channels would be an added advantage such as:
- Paid Search
- SEO
- Display Ads
- Programmatic Ads would be an added advantage.
