To lead our dedication to providing outstanding quality in all aspects of our business we are looking for a dynamic and accomplished Head of Quality Assurance. This role’s main objective is to assess, improve, and enhance the operation’s qualitative processes and outputs.
You will be responsible for directing, controlling, and influencing the strategy and for establishing and implementing quality standards. You will guarantee the best qualities in all of our products, developing and maintaining thorough quality standards, techniques, and procedures.
The roles responsibilities will span the full end to end process for a certain set of services. Deep experience will be put to use in problem solving and incident handling. This role will prioritize new initiatives where there is a need for balance between demand for delivery and support for development.
- Designing, implementing, and running a comprehensive qualitative performance framework
- Championing a culture of quality excellence, ensuring our products/services meet or exceed customer expectations while minimising risks and maximising process efficiency
- Driving operational efficiency and leading on implementation
- Identifying potential quality risks and developing strategies to mitigate them, reducing the chances of costly quality-related problems
- Ensuring we allign with industry regulations and standards, proactively addressing any compliance-related issues
- Supporting the bid process for new work, whether from existing or new clients
What You’ll Bring
- Support to Chief Operations Officer to streamline process and reduce waste
- Ability to see opportunities for cost savings without compromising quality, contributing to financial success
- The skills to prioritise customer satisfaction by consistently delivering high-quality products/services that exceed customer expectations
- Good knowledge of running large BPS/F&A for Shared Services
- Expert in at least one area of BPS/F&A delivery
