• Improve the construction and implementation of the HRSSC operation system to ensure the accuracy, timeliness and compliance of service delivery and avoid risks.
• Handle HRSSC business delivery quality issues and complaints, guide the completion of review of issues, output business delivery improvement opinions and urge implementation of improvements
• Improve customer satisfaction, organize customer satisfaction surveys, and track and resolve satisfaction issues
• Collect HRSSC operational data, complete data analysis, and use data to feed back business management capabilities and operational capabilities.
• Optimize the HRSSC charging model and coordinate the preparation of the HRSSC development plan
• Lead HRSSC brand building work and daily management of HRSSC suppliers

• Unified recruitment of bachelor degree or above
• 5-7 years of work experience, with experience in operating HR shared service centers in large-scale manufacturing, the Internet, or well-known Party B companies. Experience in HRSSC standardization and digital projects, or HRSSC delivery experts with rich experience in standardization and digital project management.
• Excellent project management capabilities, familiar with common HRSSC business, mature methodologies and routines for HRSSC operations, and able to independently promote system construction. Applicants with experience in office lean (or 6sigma) projects will be preferred, and those with experience in SO 9001 quality system construction will be preferred.
• Have a strong interest in HRSSC, have rigorous logical thinking, strong communication and coordination skills, and possess process construction and optimization practices.
