Our rapidly expanding firm is currently searching for a Director of Finance to join our India Leadership team.

The Director of Finance will oversee India finance operations and support US and UK Finance activities with the help of India based team.

Director of finance will be responsible to strategize and build strong finance team. In this position, the successful candidate will be responsible for accounting and reporting, customer billing, collection and AR and AP management, account reconciliation, supporting global and regional auditing, shared services team management, tax compliance and global payroll. The candidate will also be responsible for continuous process improvement and automation initiatives in the finance ops areas.

Should be able to lead and coach team every individual member of the finance team.

Required Proven experience as a leader of finance in software product, preferably SAAS, firm.

• Expertise to India as well as US finance activities.
• In-depth knowledge of corporate finance and accounting principles, laws, and best practices.
• Solid knowledge of financial analysis and forecasting.
• Proficient in the use of MS Office and financial management software.
• Prior experience in setting up shared services operation is desirable
• Technology orientation and previous experience in ERP implementation (preferably, NetSuite) would be a big plus
• An analytical mind with a strategic ability.
• Excellent organizational and leadership skills.
• Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Exposure to oversee administration of finance systems
• Ability to work with global stakeholders and service-oriented approach
