As a manager of the Candidate Care Team you will lead a team of HR Shared Services Coordinators and 3rd party vendor providing operational support to candidates through multiple pre-boarding and onboarding activities including interview scheduling, background adjudication and appeals, remote I-9 scheduling, and more!

  • Inspire and develop a team with coaching, feedback and developmental opportunities
  • Empower the team to drive innovation, creating an environment of collaboration, role clarity and continuous learning
  • Develop strategic and operational plans in alignment with cross-functional stakeholders, guide partners in crafting goals in alignment with plans, manage execution to deliver and measure results
  • Manage 3rd party vendors, including relationship management, strategy, quality, process refinement, system escalations, contract renewals and system enhancements
  • Proactively adapt and manage operations (including solving critical issues and gaps) with agility, focusing on business priorities and staying up to date on government regulations
  • Embed continuous improvement, including automation, into the team’s ways of working impacting efficiency, scalability and effectiveness of processes
  • Evolve metrics to measure team and individual performance with a focus on timeliness, quality and efficiency in alignment with department metrics and key performance indicators (KPIs)
  • Influence, advocate and develop plans to effectively lead the team, customers and stakeholders through change
  • Proactively adapt and re-prioritize work and manage team capacity, understanding and assessing impacts and value of re-prioritization
  • 5 years experience in Human Resources and other related functions
  • 3 years consulting with internal clients to identify business needs and recommended solutions
  • 3 years project management
  • 3 years team management
  • 3 years budget planning and management
  • 3 years contract review and plan document preparation
