Reporting to the global CFO and General Manager APAC (VP GM APAC), the Chief Financial Officer APAC (VP CFO APAC) leads the operational and strategic financial management of the APAC Division including budgeting, financial planning, analysis, compliance, reporting, shared services, real estate and all internal and external accounting controls. A key business partner to the VP GM APAC, the role actively contributes to the strategic direction of the region including assessing commercial opportunities and business performance. The VP CFO APAC is responsible for maintaining and enhancing an environment of strong financial control, fostering productive relationships with a range of stakeholders to further enable the achievement of the organisations ambitious objectives across the region.

CA/CPA qualified, you are an experienced CFO ideally from a retail environment. Flexible and adaptable, you are comfortable with complexity and possess excellent communication, leadership and stakeholder management skills. A reliable thought partner, you have a track record of successfully guiding business direction and developing and delivering growth strategies. Fostering a positive work environment, you have experience in motivating a geographically dispersed team and navigating a matrix environment. Importantly, you are customer centric, uphold exemplary ethical standards and act with integrity in all business dealings.
