A successful Business Servies Organisation are looking for a talented Head of HR to lead a team, through the next phase of growth and change. This is a fantastic opportunity to work closely with the leadership team, scaling the business and ensuring high engagement and performance of the work force.
- A full generalist remit, partnering with the MD and leadership teams, leading a team of 10 HR professionals, delivering the annual people agenda.
- Leading the HR Team through change in a multi-sited business with both white and blue collar workforce.
- Working in a Matrix organisation, interfacing with HR professionals in centres of excellence and shared services to deliver a first class HR Service.
- Developing and driving the people strategy in a fast paced, growing business, with a focus on OD, talent, capability and performance and engagement (particularly with front line workers).
- Strong knowledge and experience with ER will be important, with hands on experience of contributing to bids and the TUPE process.
- A proven track record as a commercially focused Head of HR, with significant business partnering experience at a senior level and also great examples of where you have created and aligned the people strategy and led the HR team to deliver it.
- Experience in a fast paced, growing, multi-site, business services organisation would be ideal.
- Experience with scaling a complex business and working with closely with leadership to enhance the people experience, engagement and performance, improving capability and efficiency in a cost effective way.
- You must be an exceptional communicator. Commercially focussed, credible and visionary but also able to unpick the details.
- You should thrive in ambiguity and enjoy the challenge of delivering a consistently great HR experience whilst transforming at the same time.
