Are you looking for a new challenge within Finance? Then join our highly driven and fun team in Copenhagen and work for a “Global Top Employer” certified company! As the new Financial Controller Nordic, you will work in a shared service center environment and contribute to a sound accounting framework in our organizations in Copenhagen. In this role you closely collaborate with your local colleagues from finance and with the business, but also with our Regional Center and the Global Shared Service Center. You will work in our office in Copenhagen, while reporting directly to the Head of FACT Nordics. Please send your application as soon as possible.

  • Ensure integrity of financial information according to German, local (DK, SE, FI or NO) and Tax GAAP.
  • Perform monthly and yearly closing as well as all reporting activities based on external and internal requirements.
  • Keep accuracy of data for ad hoc analysis and requests.
  • Give ad hoc support on tax requirements regarding Corporate Income Tax, VAT and Transfer Pricing.
  • Collaborate with external auditors and tax authorities.
  • Act as the first point of contact for colleagues regarding questions around Travel and Expenses (T&E) declaration.
  • Process optimization within finance and accounting.
  • Ad hoc projects.
  • At least 7 years of experience within an accounting department or Audit Company in an international setup (preferably in cooperation with a shared service center) working with one or more of the following GAAP’s: Danish, Finish, Norwegian or Swedish
  • Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, Accounting or another relevant field.
  • Knowledge of GAAP one or more of the Nordics countries tax regulations; experience in using SAP.
  • Excellent command of the English language and you are fluent in one of the Nordics languages!
  • Mindset for process optimization in a globally driven set up.
  • Understanding of the need for close collaboration and communication with our business partners.
  • Ability to translate business needs towards a suitable solution within the shared service center framework.
