At Semilla I Capital Humano, we are looking for a person to manage a Shared Services Center. Our client is a group of service companies (b2b and b2c), with headquarters in the City of Buenos Aires. The position reports to the CEO of the holding company, which has around 700 employees across its different businesses.
From the Service Center Management, this position will be in charge of the areas of:
– Administration
– Finance
– Human Resources
– Legal
– Technology and Systems
- Possess a university degree in Public Accounting or Industrial Engineering
- Have 15 years of work experience
- Have worked directly on issues related to finance and administration
- Experience leading a direct team of people
Additionally, those people who have a more business than technical profile will be especially valued. Of course, any complementary training, such as Postgraduate or MBA are recognized, although like English, they are not necessary.
