You will serve as a key strategic partner to the mid-level managers and team members of the operations, revenue, and/or shared services divisions within a designated regional territory. In this role, you will oversee all P&C functions and team members across multiple states to ensure alignment with Curaleaf’s mission, vision, and values.

You will be instrumental in shaping our workplace culture, promoting employee engagement, resolving complex employee relations matters, and ensuring the smooth implementation of HR policies and procedures. This position requires the ability to exercise discretion and good judgment in various situations, build effective relationships with others, work independently and collaboratively, and possess excellent problem-solving skills.

You should be knowledgeable about how organizations work, know how to accomplish tasks through formal channels and informal networks, understand the origin and reasoning behind key policies, practices, and procedures, and be able to use data and metrics to influence and assist business partners in making thoughtful decisions.

  • 10 years Progressive HR leadership experience
  • Bachelor’s Degree in HR or a related field; or equivalent experience
  • 5+ years in an HR Business Partner Advisory role
  • 5+ years in an Advisory role supporting senior leaders: extension of their functions.
  • 7+ Overall leadership experience
  • 3+ Supporting leadership effectiveness.
  • 5+ Employee Relations and leading investigations
  • PHR, SPHR, SHRM-CP Preferred
  • Prior labor relations/union experience a big plus!
