The Senior Manager plays a pivotal role in overseeing the recruitment coordination operations for ServiceNow globally. This position is responsible for ensuring a delivery of seamless and efficient experience for candidates and internal stakeholders throughout the recruitment coordination process on a global scale.

This role will interface with the Global People Process Owners for assessment of new work, services, processes and escalated issues and consistently interact with multiple teams like Acquisition CoE, Product, PMO, Operations Excellence and Governance, Digital Technology, external vendors and therefore must be able to frame a point of view quickly and concisely. It will raise awareness and implementation of any region/country nuances, including legislative/ regulatory specificities.

It will identify opportunities and build operational strategies for continuous improvement and efficiencies for increased productivity and exceptional customer service. Utilizing a variety of sources, data and metrics identify strategies for efficiencies and increased productivity.

  • Provide leadership, guidance and strategic direction to a team of recruitment coordinators, ensuring they effectively support the global recruitment process and delivering consistent candidate experience and compliance with location regulations.
  • Streamline and standardize the recruitment coordination process, including scheduling interviews, offer management, and facilitating communication between candidates, recruitment COE and hiring teams. Collaborate with the Global People teams to align coordination efforts on global scale.
  • Be an escalation point for the process owners and regional recruiters, internal Global People stakeholders and external service providers. Identify bottlenecks or areas of improvement and partner with process owners to implement solutions to enhance efficiency.
  • Implement and manage recruitment coordination process, tools and systems to improve process efficiency and provide real-time visibility into recruitment activities.
  • Utilize data analytics to asses key recruitment coordination metrics, identify areas for improvement, and develop data driven operational solutions and resource management. Generate regular reports and dashboards to track coordination efficiency and effectiveness
  • A passion for delighting candidates and customers, with a solid experience in Talent Acquisition Operations. We are looking for a leader and motivator, with experience building and leading growing global teams. At least 12-15 years with progressive experience in HR shared services.
  • Must exhibit strong people leadership, the ability to inspire a team to deliver and champion awesome customer experiences and implement creative, innovative, best in class solutions.
  • Experience leading HR programs that focus on delivering measurable business outcomes and value. Strong knowledge of recruitment best practices.
  • Ability to effectively influence and partner with key internal stakeholder teams including CoEs, HRBPs and other Global People teams through regular pro-active interaction to understand the support needs of the business.
  • Ability to create an environment of innovation and continual improvement to re-imagine how we deliver the candidate and onboarding experience leveraging design thinking, LEAN methodology, and other continuous process improvement methods.
  • Oversight for metrics and KPIs to provide data and insights to improve HR service offerings and operations. Translate data insights into informed decision making.
  • Experience with HR Systems such as Workday, SAP, etc. and application tracking systems (ATS), recruitment software and implementation of workflows like ServiceNow.
