The Senior Finance Manager will be responsible for the preparation of financial information, financial processes, reporting, establishment, and maintenance of all companies in the group. Working closely with key stakeholders who will be based in Australia, this role is responsible for the reporting and oversight of quantitative and qualitative information across the business. The incumbent will be results-driven, highly organized and has a passion for innovation and change, and be able to work collaboratively across time zones and geographies. You will manage a small team also based in the Philippines. Expo Centric is facing significant growth, and the incumbent will be an integral part of driving this growth. You will be the conduit between the Philippines team and the Australian team.

• Assume overall responsibility for the full finance function including financial and management accounting, payroll, and other shared services, this includes employee obligations.
• Assist in the establishment and ongoing maintenance of our Philippines and Australian obligations.
• Ensure the completeness and accuracy of all financial information
• Manage the daily, month-end, and periodic reporting
• Manage forecasting and budgeting processes
• Manage queries and requests from stakeholders within the business and externally.
• Preparation of periodic financial statements and liaison with the Tax Accountant.
• Ensure compliance with Australian and Philippines legislative requirements.

• Strong people management skills
• Have at least 5 years in a similar role
• Experience in project-based accounting
• Bachelor’s degree or above in Accounting

• Organized and methodical
• Some experience with Australian taxation (preferable)
• Strong FP&A background (Budgets, forecasts, management reporting)
• Has some experience with Medium Businesses
• Proven experience working with Philippine and Australian companies, with good understanding of Philippine and Australian accounting standards and tax laws.
• CA or CPA Qualified
• Some experience with Xero (preferable)
