Invest your IT expertise in a place of true value: The SAP Cloud Operation and ERP Security department of a global health care group. Together with 30+ colleagues from the Application Operation, the SAP Technical Shared Services, and The SAP Cloud Operation and ERP Security, based all over the world, you’ll work on fascinating projects.
- Leading the SAP Platform team
- Working with diverse teams: External Vendors, product support teams, internal colleagues, and global stakeholders
- Governing SAP under SAP Rise agreement and other partner basis resources to ensure high availability of SAP applications for organizations
- Leading the design and implementation of SAP Basis & GRC architecture, including defining technical standards and processes
- Driving continuous improvement on SAP platforms architectural, technical standards, bring in and implement best in class landscape management practices, release management and planning practices and influence IT policies and procedures to enable the same
- Contributing to the SAP Security Administration team performance meeting target SLA’s, audit compliance, and management defined metrics
- The role is located in Bad Homburg with flexibility to work remotely.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field
- Minimum of 10 years’ experience in SAP Basis and/or SAP application support
- Experience in leading and inspiring teams in a fast-paced environment
- Extensive knowledge on how SAP systems align with business processes with deep technical skills in multiple SAP functional areas.
- Experience with SAP Infrastructure Design, Landscape Architecture, and Disaster Recovery (DR) Strategy.
- Experience with SAP HANA Administration
- Experience with SAP Basis administration on UNIX, Linux, Windows Server platform including but not limited to OS/DB Migration and Unicode conversion experience.
- Experience with SAP operational and technical support processes such as ITIL — Change, Incident, Problem and Service Request Management
- Excellent communication, problem solving and leadership skills with the ability to effectively interact with technical and non-technical colleagues at all levels.
