• Have oversight of financial planning, analysis of the EMEA wide Expenses plan including shared service processes. The Director will also be responsible for omni expense optimization, controlling, coordinate and manage the budget process and drive improvement projects across Europe. The position will also be responsible for the planning and control of several P&L areas.
• Additionally, this position will also be the Finance Business partner for the Ecom business & Customer Care teams in EMEA. you will partner with the Ecom/digital marketing, Supply Chain & Fulfilment operations & finance teams to develop, maintain & deliver the annual and multi-year plans for Foot Locker EU across our Omni Channel platform. You will partner the translation of rapid business growth to operations and related financial implications, provide support for initiatives focused on improving network efficiencies as well as digital marketing dollar spend efficiencies. You will identify process and productivity improvement projects both within business and finance organizations and drive these projects to completion.
• Controlling of the Europe OPEX expenses and the capital.
• Managing the Forecasting & Budgeting process for all Opex areas.
• Close partnership with the Real Estate team in driving capital spend efficiencies.
• Manage and provide the monthly analysis between forecasts and actual financial results
• Drive projects on expense and business improvements.
• Prepare periodic and ad-hoc analysis.
• Partner with the Ecom, Supply Chain and Operations teams to Implement and drive the core financial processes and reporting for the business including Annual Plans, Long Term Plans, and Monthly/Quarterly Business Reviews.
• Identify operating improvements, deep dive on cost structures, and analyze business opportunities/investments.
• Partner with global teams to develop strategic initiatives and implement processes to prioritize resource decisions & partner in implementing the initiatives.

• Master in Finance
• 8+ years in finance roles with progressively increasing levels of responsibilities
• Highly analytical, detail oriented with advanced modelling and reporting skills
• Demonstrated financial acumen and analytical capabilities with ability to model new growth scenarios to help business partners make sound financial decisions
• Demonstrated ability to meet deadlines while managing multiple priorities in a fast paced, growing and ambiguous environment
• Strong interpersonal skills, including written and oral communication skills
• Strong presentation skills and the ability to guide and influence senior leadership
• Experience in advanced excel
