We are currently seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Project Manager to join our team for one of our large direct clients. The ideal candidate will play a key role in managing business shared services transformations, working with global business services outsourcing 3rd parties, and implementing cutting-edge technologies to enable the business objectives and committed service levels.

Transformation Leadership:

• Lead and drive the successful execution of business shared services transformations.
• Collaborate with global business services outsourcing 3rd parties to ensure seamless integration of shared services.

Technology Expertise:

• Possess in-depth knowledge of business process outsourcing and underlying technologies.
• Preferably have experience with SAP S/4HANA, RPA, and other associated business solutions.

Project Management:

• Hands-on experience in project planning, project management processes, and tools.
• Manage projects using both waterfall and agile methodologies.

Global Project Environment:

• Experience in managing projects within a dynamic global environment.
• Knowledge of typical outsourced processes, including order to cash, procure to pay, and record to report (finance and accounting).

Communication Skills:

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to tailor status reports and updates for various audiences, including executives and team members.

Delivery Excellence:

• Proven track record of delivering similar projects on-time and on-budget.
• Implement best practices to ensure project success and client satisfaction.

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, or related field.
• Strong background in business process outsourcing and associated technologies.
• Familiarity with SAP S/4HANA, RPA, and other relevant business solutions preferred.
• Experience in both waterfall and agile project management methodologies.
• Knowledge of outsourced processes, particularly order to cash, procure to pay, and record to report.
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to tailor messages for different audiences.
• Proven track record of delivering projects on-time and on-budget.
