- Responsible for the overall development planning, design, implementation and operation management of the group’s HRSSC, and building a service system
- Integrate resources, reshape HRSSC’s full business chain processes and delivery scenarios, and promote HR systems and processes from the direction of SSC business development Optimization
- According to the company’s development plan and organizational system, formulate SSC-related policies and implementation methods, and continuously improve relevant systems and processes
- Formulate SSC’s service content and service standards, and lead the team to continuously improve service quality and improve internal and external customers Satisfaction and employee experience
- Responsible for SSC’s supplier management, formulating service standards and feedback mechanisms, and improving work efficiency
- Responsible for managing the group’s global salary system and welfare policies, and monitoring the implementation and adjustment of daily salary and benefits
- Responsible for integrating global employment policies, compensation and benefits, and HR-related laws and regulations, improving management standards, and building a compliance management system
- Full-time undergraduate degree or above, majors in human resources management and business administration are preferred
- More than 8 years of human resources work experience in large enterprises, and more than 3 years of experience in human resources shared service center (HRSSC) establishment and daily operation management
- Good at data analysis and familiar with the overall human resources planning and process of overseas companies
- Resistance Strong pressure ability, overall planning and process design capabilities, risk identification and management capabilities, and team management capabilities
