The OU “Digital Lifecycle Management” with VWA-DP is responsible for the holistic management of digital products lifecycle in VW Anhui, as well as DSSO, from technical, quality, timeline, market and customer aspects. This role will define and implement the digital product lifecycle management process in continous alignment with all internal and external stakeholders.

• Design and implement target processes and align necessary adjustments according to Group Standards, in-market regulations (CHN) and VWA-internal processes & organization
• Define Roles & Responsibilities for the DLCM process Install DLCM Board in VW Anhui organization to manage R&D, IT&D and DSSO DLCM related activities by supervising the planning and steering of DLCM campaign targets: costs, functions, releases, etc.
• Drive Digital Product Improvement with input from potential lessons learnt during DLCM process & campaigns execution, and in-Market Digital Technology
• Continous improvement of target processes in VW Anhui by comparing with In-Market best practice, regulation updates, and potential lessons learnt Interpret & onboard UNECE and China GB/T requirements for VWA Drive product improvement implementation following PR/CR process
• Consolidate, harmonize and integrate involved internal and external stakeholders requirements targeting an optimal process on company level (might require compromising on single stakeholder requirements)

In general all functions / tasks defined in this section are provided as Shared Services to DSSO and other NEV Hub Hefei Companies, following gradually defined SOCs / Job Splits in NEV Hub Hefei Undertake other ad-hoc task assigned by direct supervisor and division head in accordance with knowledge and experience

• Minimum 5 years of work experience on management role in the automotive vehicle product / process management or similar;
• Digital product experience in large scale MNC OEM is a plus
• Deep understanding of automotive processes and procedures
• Familiar with the Volkswagen Group organization, systems and processes
• Knowledge of online services, in-car infotainment systems/ function is preferred
• Digital Lifecycle management experience in international OEM is a plus
• Work experience within Volkswagen Group preferred
• Product / process management experience (time- & cost- management/ planning/ monitoring)
• Good English business-language skills (German- & Chinese language skills highly appreciated)
