Your future tasks In this new position in our international finance team, you will be responsible for the entire company-wide record-to-report process including continuous process improvement and standardization

• You coordinate the company-wide record-to-report process, identify optimization potential and harmonize existing processes
• You coordinate closely with our companies regarding general accounting, especially with regard to the preparation of the monthly and annual financial statements
• You are the central contact person (m/f/d) for colleagues (m/f/d) in our shared service center
• You develop and maintain comprehensive documentation of processes and train new employees
• You carry out monthly quality assurance
• You support the introduction of a new ERP system
• In this role, you report to the Director Firmwide Accounting & Reporting

• You have successfully completed a degree in business administration, preferably with a focus on finance and accounting
• You have at least five years of professional experience in the area of ​​finance & accounting, ideally at an international level
• You have in-depth IFRS knowledge and experience in preparing financial statements
• You have strong communication skills, enjoy working in a team and enjoy working in an international environment
• You have practical experience with ERP systems (e.g. SAP)
• Very good knowledge of German and English and ideally another European language such as French round off your profile
