As a Cost Controller, you are located at Munter’s headquarters in Kista and work in the team for Finance Shared Services Nordics. In the role, you will be responsible for cost controlling of internal costs and for the IGC process (Intercompany Ggroup Charges) which includes sending and handling of internal invoices, follow-up and analysis as well as producing reports for responsible managers. The work includes a close collaboration with Group Mgm, Accounting Manager FSS and Business Area Managers.

• Follow-up and analysis of internal costs
• Responsibility for the internal invoice management (create invoices and manage incoming invoices)
• Reporting of intra-group transactions
• Preparation of monthly reports for Business Area Managers
• Participation in the budget process regarding internal costs
• Actively work on improving and streamlining the IGC process (Intercompany group charges)

For the position as Cost Junior / Assistant Controller, we are looking for you who have a university degree or equivalent in Economics and at least 2-3 years of experience in accounting or controlling. We also see that you are fluent in English, both spoken and written, and it is advantageous if you have experience of working in IFS.
