• Disciplinary and technical management of the Global Shared Service Center
• Responsible for the monthly and annual financial statements of the individual companies and the consolidated financial statements in accordance with IFRS
• Central contact for the national companies
• Ensuring proper accounting and compliance with sales tax regulations
• Continuous optimization and further development of processes and procedures
• Interface function to the companies supported in the Shared Service Center
• Interface function to internal stakeholders (controlling, HR, IT, management)
• Contact person for auditors/tax advisors
• Monthly reporting to management

• You have successfully completed your studies with a focus on finance/accounting and/or controlling or a comparable qualification
• You have several years of management experience in an international environment – ideally in a comparable position in the consumer goods industry
• You have experience in setting up and further developing shared service centers and would like to support us in the transformation process towards a globally operating shared service center
• You have already gained experience in the area of ​​digitalization and automation in the financial sector based on SAP
• You have in-depth knowledge of accounting according to IFRS
• You would describe yourself as an enthusiastic team player and leader who sees his/her strengths in continuous improvement
• You are characterized by very good knowledge of SAP R/3 or SAP s4/Hana
• You have business fluent German and English skills
