A large manufacturing concern in the Gauteng is looking for a well experienced Shared Services Manager . The role will oversee the Accounts payable and receivable department Treasury and fixed assets department .The successful candidate must hold a B com degree with a management degree.

• Oversee and managing the shared services team to ensure that all tasks and projects are executed effectively and efficiently.
• Developing and implementing strategies for the successful delivery of shared services across the organization.
• Monitoring and reporting on the performance of shared services to ensure that they meet quality, service level, and cost targets.
• Managing relationships with internal stakeholders to ensure that shared services are aligned with business needs and objectives.
• Developing and maintaining policies, procedures, and guidelines for the delivery of shared services.
• Leading the continuous improvement of the shared services function through process optimization, reengineering, and automation.
• Managing the budget for shared services, ensuring that it is aligned with business needs and value for money.
• Ensuring that shared services comply with all relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards.
• Developing and maintaining effective communication channels with stakeholders to ensure that they are informed about the shared services offerings.
• Leading change management initiatives for the successful deployment of new shared services or modifications to existing ones.

• B Com degree in Accounting
• MBA or MBA or management degree
• 7-10 years relevant experience
• Strong management experience
