Our Global Business Services Division (GBS) Global Finance is looking for a Process Owner Invoice-to-Pay to take ownership for the overall transformation and improvement agenda for the global Invoice-to-Pay process. As Process Owner ITP you will be part of a strong central Finance organization and work in close collaboration with our central Finance CoEs, our global Shared Services team in Poland and Malaysia and global Finance network. The improvement agenda you will be overseeing with both have continuous improvement initiative as well as significant investments in the next years to further streamline and automate the global Invoice-to-Pay process delivery.

  • Own and be overall responsible for the overall process improvement roadmap for the invoice-to-pay (I2P) process
  • Drive implementation of best practices and continuous optimization of relevant I2P processes globally to gain efficiency and drive productivity gains
  • Define and roll out strategy to bring the process to best-in-class status
  • Facilitate and drive continuous process improvement agenda and identification of improvement initiatives; bottom-up and together with process experts and improvement specialists in the delivery teams as well as Finance CoEs (e.g. process mining and intelligent automation team)
  • Drive qualification and prioritisation of initiatives (incl. bottom-up/continuous improvement ideas, based on business cases)
  • Act as gatekeeper for process related changes
  • Act as key interface to the internal customers regarding end-to-end process improvements and overall process performance/quality (KPIs)
  • Drive and ensure global process standardization and process controls across delivery teams
  • Facilitate the exchange of expertise and best practices within the global community and support in training of process teams
  • Set strategic priorities for the process together with the global operations leads and in alignment with other process owners (R2R, P2P, O2C)
  • Ensure process documentation according to GBS standard
  • Ensure relevant KPIs to measure process efficiency, quality and improvements
  • Maintain Service Level Agreements (SLA) for the Invoice-to-Pay service
  • Master’s degree within relevant field with solid academic results
  • More than 5 years of relevant experience
  • Proven experience to drive and realize measurable process improvements within a global Finance organization
  • Experience from working in/or closely with a global Finance Shared Service organization
  • Knowledge of end-to-end Finance processes
  • Management consulting experience in a benefit
  • Commercially aware with an analytical/numerical mind
  • Good command of the English language (spoken & written)
  • Strong quantitative and analytical skills and ability to think outside the box
  • Ability to balance risk and reward and drive decisions
  • Pro-active and ability to deliver visions/goals to measurable KPI’s
