Great opportunity to join a growing, mid sized, privately held company in the Wyomissing suburbs of Reading (Berks County). This role is open based on the promotion of the incumbent (who our firm placed and has worked with for over 15 years).

This position will manage a team of 4 direct reports and will report to the Chief Financial Office (who was formerly in the role and is a great guy). This role will be responsible for managing both the Accounting Team (closing process, financial statement prep, etc.) as well as the Shared Service Team (Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Credit / Collections).

• Outstanding opportunity for current Accounting Manager looking for an opportunity to transition to a Controller level role. This role will offer great variety and will require an Accounting Manager level candidate with a strong breadth of accounting and financial experience.
• Bachelor’s Degree with 12 years of progressive accounting experience required.
• CPA, CMA and / or MBA preferred but not required.
