The Director Procurement – Global Process Owner, EBS will be responsible for working across finance, legal, sourcing, controllership, enterprise business services, business segments and technology to improve the effectiveness of sourcing, procurement, and payables operations.

• Partnering across our team, EBS Indirect Procurement Services team and with key stakeholders to understand business needs, and to design and implement effective sourcing, procurement and payable systems solutions Serving as point of contact for procurement applications and system design for the Indirect Procurement business Advising and supporting the business using the financials and industry best practices to transform ways of working Partnering with business segments on consolidation of the procurement business and external reporting.
• Identifying and implement solutions that can be leveraged and repeated in other areas Leading global process team as well as across teams with influence Championing inclusion and other associate development initiative

• You have strong experience in the Indirect Procurement fields with experience in developing process improvements. You have a proven track record in directing teams and influencing senior leaders. You can manage multiple complex projects while achieving key business results.
• You possess exceptional judgment and the proven ability to understand and present significant matters in a concise, coherent manner to key stakeholders. You are comfortable with ambiguity and making findings of fact, capable of interfacing with Walmart’s business segments and identified risks.
