A superb opportunity within a regional leading and highly regarded North Devon firm of chartered accountants has arisen for a career focused practice professional, to join this team in a role offering a clear progression path as a Business Services Senior Manager / Associate Director.

Joining as Business Services Senior Manager / Associate Director based in the firms North Devon offices you will manage a client portfolio to the value of circa £300 – 400k with a wider support team around you. Clients sectors and turnovers are wide ranging across retail, manufacturing, agriculture, tourism and leisure etc. You will manage the delivery of accounting and taxation services, managing staff, workload and budgets. Alongside this, a key part of your role will involve actively becoming a part of the local business community, networking, developing relationships and looking to further the growth and development of the firms client base. The opportunity provides a clear development path and progression potential within a leading and fast growing chartered accountancy practice.

You will be ACA, ACCA qualified with a strong background in accountancy practice having developed your career to at least Senior Manager levels with a career background within accountancy practice. You will have skills managing a portfolio of mixed clients of growing, profitable limited companies and OMBs up to or over the audit threshold, with an emphasis on accounts, tax and advisory work delivery. You will be looking to progress in your career with a clear route on offer to achieve your career goals.
