• Responsible for the design of financial sharing process and system architecture.
• Guide and optimize the business processes, management systems and system platforms of the financial sharing center, participate in evaluation design, supervise implementation and other work, and improve the company’s business and financial integration process.
• Organize the financial accounting, general ledger reporting, audit cooperation and other financial work of the main unit responsible for the financial sharing center, and strictly control the quality and timeliness of accounting reports.
• Responsible for team building of the Financial Sharing Center and ensuring the implementation of talent training, performance appraisal and other plans.
• Daily work of other sharing centers.

• Accounting or finance related major, bachelor degree or above, 5 years or more experience in the financial shared service center of a large chain group company, experience in integrating industry and finance is preferred;
• Familiar with national financial policies, corporate financial systems and processes, and proficient in relevant fiscal and taxation laws and regulations;
• Be familiar with the processes of each financial module and accounting processing, and understand corporate internal control management;
• Be familiar with the operating procedures of financial and ERP systems, and understand financial software such as Oracle EBS;
• Abide by professional ethics, identify with the company’s culture, have a strong sense of responsibility and professionalism, have excellent leadership skills, logical thinking skills and teamwork spirit, and have strong ability to withstand pressure.
