As Senior Manager, Finance Operations Transformation, you will drive the transformation of Mirvac’s finance operations, whilst working closely with our business process outsourcing provider to deliver a modernized, standardized and efficient offering to the business.
- Support the delivery of the GAS strategy by assisting the operating businesses with quality financial management and leadership of financial operations;
- Drive the transformation of transactional and offshore processes, leveraging new technology platforms delivered by Mirvac Next.
- Collaborate with our BPO provider to deliver a modern, standardised and efficient offering to the business.
- Explore and implement relevant technology into the process (e.g process automation, generative AI…)
- Review the scope of services provided by the BPO provider and critically assess opportunities to modify this scope
- Lead the shared services team responsible for delivering critical support, financial and transactional processes across the Mirvac Group
- Maintain and enhance financial controls on key transactional processes – including Real Estate and Construction Trust accounts
- Working with the Mirvac Service Centre to ensure the successful delivery of monthly KPIs and SLAs for the Group.
- Stakeholder liaison; manage and direct queries, issues and other requests from multiple internal and external stakeholders to ensure timely and accurate response, including responses from direct reports and offshore team or timely redirection where appropriate.
- Provide tactical and strategic management of the BPO provider
- Developing and executing the Vendor/Partner performance management strategy
- Reviewing performance against Service Level agreements and complete regular management reporting of insights and trends
- Coordinating escalations as required between Mirvac and the Partner including establishing and managing an issues and risk register.
- Lead and manage the BPO Governance model to ensure a robust control environment and the delivery of ongoing value to both internal and external stakeholders.
- Be a CA / CPA qualified (or other relevant tertiary qualifications) coupled with extensive experience in a finance / operations role)
- Have experience driving transformation of finance operations/shared services functions with a demonstrable ability to partner with a diverse stakeholder group in both group and operational business functions.
- Be an expert in managing cross functional teams, have experience in working with a BPO provider and hold excellent leadership and stakeholder management skills.
