The client is holding company looking to hire a Manager / Senior Manager Business and Services Transition to join their team in Dubai.
This role is expected to effectively transition new businesses and services to Finance Shared Services, provide support to the service delivery teams for such initiatives. Accountable for all Finance Shared Services Migration, Service Transition Strategy and responsible for delivering the Global Finance Migration Roadmap to the Shared Services.
- 10 years minimum experience out of which 5 years in Transition and Finance/Shared Services experience
- Big 4 experience is a plus
- Master Degree in Finance or MBA
- Certified qualification in CA/CPA/ACCA/CMA
- Must have implementation experience with GPO, Transition of Services and Shared Service Set up
- Must have experience in dealing with C-Level and Senior Stakeholders
