• Overall responsibility of the customer-oriented service organization: product and portfolio definition, the transition of customers through to service management
• Responsible for the profit and loss (P&L) of managed IT services and ensuring profitable results
• Design and further development of our managed IT service unit
• Develop and update the portfolio of managed IT services together with employees and managers to reflect changing market requirements and customer needs
• Implementation of effective product marketing strategies to successfully market our IT services portfolio and strengthen our market position
• Responsibility for our cloud transformation in the managed IT service business
• Management of international teams and delivery models

• Several years of experience in managerial positions in the area of ​​IT services/managed IT services
• Proven success in developing and implementing service strategies
• In-depth knowledge and experience of cloud technologies and services
• Strong leadership skills and experience integrating nearshore (or offshore) delivery teams
• Successful transformation and further development of service units
• Excellent planning and management skills
• Enthusiasm and the ability to inspire others in order to successfully shape the transformation in the area
