• Plan, manage and oversee the full spectrum of Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR) processes within the Finance Shared Service Centre in meeting the Business Units (BU)/Service Units (SU) service level expectations in terms of effectiveness and cost efficiency whilst ensuring compliance with Group’s policies, standards and procedures as well as financial best practices

• Must possess AP and AR technical and operational experience (combination of both)
• Must come from a FSSC operational background ~ min 10 years and total years of experience is min 15 years.
• Preferably candidate not in Manager role, Senior Manager will be better since the complexity and team size required someone at senior level
• Experience in managing bigger team > 25 – 30 HC
• Must have experience and demonstrated achievement in development and management of KPIs and SLAs for these 2 process areas
• Have track record and achievements in delivering several improvement initiatives (CI) and earned savings of FTEs and cost optimization for these 2 processes areas

Ability to commute/relocate:

• Kuala Lumpur: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)

Education:

• Bachelor’s (Preferred)

Experience:

• Financial Shared Service Centre: 10 years (Preferred)

License/Certification:

• CIMA, ACCA or MICPA (Preferred)
