- Leadership and ownership of all people processes, seeking to improve and develop new efficiencies where possible.
- Staff management of all Operations headcount within the HR team.
- Strategic leadership of the Payroll operation of the business.
- Management of the full administrative side of all employee lifecycle events.
- Responsibility for the maintenance and improvement of business HRIS practices and further automation where possible.
- Leadership of all onboarding, induction and associated administrative processes.
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Manchester: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (preferred)
Experience:
- HR: 4 years (preferred)
