The Crocs Inc. Vice President of Global Total Rewards will drive the overall strategies and processes for benefits design and delivery, compensation strategy, incentive design, executive compensation, equity design and administration, on a global scale including both Crocs and HEYDUDE brands. This critical leadership role will support over 7000 employees in 20+ countries and requires a deep understanding of compensation structures and benefits programs, as well as the ability to align these with the company’s strategic objectives. You will lead a team of professionals that develop and execute our total rewards programs, as well as Crocs people support team, facilities, global payroll, and recognition programs. The ideal candidate is a proven leader with a track record of operational acumen and excellence, building and developing high-performing teams and scalable programs that attract, retain, and motivate a talented workforce in a global growth organization.
- Develop and execute a comprehensive global total rewards strategy that is aligned with the company’s business objectives, culture, and competitive market dynamics
- Lead a progressive approach to global benefit, recognition, and wellness offerings to ensure a compelling employee value proposition, Continuously evaluate and optimize benefit offerings
- Excellent acumen for assessing total rewards initiatives utilizing data analytics and metrics to make informed decisions, measure results, attract top talent, and drive positive impact in enhancing employee experience and engagement
- Oversee and provide direction on global payroll process and approach, as well as the North American payroll function
- Thorough knowledge and direct experience with the development of competitive compensation and benefits programs, initiatives and best practices for merit and incentive pay administration/ planning, salary structure maintenance, salary survey participation, benefits package review and renewal, wellness/wellbeing and health, and employee recognition programs
- Implement and manage global mobility programs, including expatriate assignments and relocation, to support talent mobility and business expansion
- Mastery of the ability to manage complex situations, delegate authority, lead and inspire your team, drive innovative thinking, instill collaboration, drive success, challenge status quo and demonstrate ability to adapt to dynamic situations
- Drive opportunities to evolve and improve processes and programs considering the global environment and feedback from business and global leaders
- Responsible for the development, implementation and adoption of total reward programs, processes and strategies that attract, retain, and enhance the employee experience globally
- Develop and execute effective communication strategies to educate employees about their total rewards packages, ensuring they understand the value of their compensation and benefits.
- Foster strong, collaborative relationships with stakeholders across all functional areas
- Support creation of materials for Board of Directors Compensation Committee
- Create and lead a progressive global strategy for shared services and our people support team
- Ensure that all total rewards programs comply with local and international labor laws and regulations
- Oversee relationships with external vendors, consultants, and service providers to optimize cost-effective delivery of benefits and compensation services
- Develop, plan, and manage department budgets
- 15+ years of experience in in Human Resources
- 7+ years of experience leading Global Total Rewards
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or related field; Master’s degree preferred
- Experience designing, executing, and administering broad-based compensation, executive compensation, recognition, and equity programs
- Experience designing programs for global diverse work groups including non-exempt, retail, distribution center and corporate
- Experience with multinational health, retirement, and wellness plan design and practice
- Experience working for a global company as well as a growth organization demonstrating adaptability and change management skills
- Ability to balance strategic and tactical work as needed
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- Experience in footwear/consumer goods preferred
