• 10+ years of expertise in credit risk management, accounting, order-to-cash process excellence, or financial shared services, coupled with 5+ years of leadership experience.
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Experienced in implementations and change management, with the ability to manage new processes and navigate change within teams.
• Possesses a solid understanding and hands-on experience with Generally Accepted Accounting Principles, including internal controls and reporting.
• Demonstrates excellent verbal and written communication skills, proven business acumen, and exceptional interpersonal capabilities, particularly in executive-level communication.
• Knowledgeable of order-to-cash business processes.
• Experience in leading mergers and acquisitions processes for shared services organizations.
