We are currently looking for an experienced “Head of Accounts Payable & Accounts Receivable (m/f/d)”. In this role, you will lead two teams in Germany with a total of 15 people, including a team leader each, and control the total of 60 people in the international shared service centers. The goals of the position are to further develop and consolidate processes in the area of ​​accounts payable and accounts receivable, to carry out reviews and to professionalize processes, especially in collaboration with the shared service centers. You will also be involved in exciting projects such as setting up a monitoring system and other overarching special topics.

• Disciplinary and technical management of accounts receivable and accounts payable with the support of a team leader each
• Close cooperation with the international shared service centers for accounts payable and accounts receivable
• Ensuring core operational processes in both departments
• Continuous improvement and proactive development of processes in collaboration with other departments
• Ensuring timely monthly and annual closing work for both areas
• Contact person for auditors, departments as well as customers and suppliers
• Participation in cross-departmental projects and special tasks

• Successfully completed studies in business administration and/or commercial training
• Several years of professional experience in a comparable position – ideally in an international corporate environment
• Experience in leading and developing employees
• Experience working with shared service centers is an advantage
• High level of commitment, good communication skills and an independent way of working
• Team player qualities as a source of inspiration with persuasiveness and results orientation
• Confident use of common MS Office applications, good SAP knowledge is an advantage
• Very good knowledge of German and English, both spoken and written
