We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Head of Performance Excellence for our corporate function in Oberkochen, Germany. In this leadership role, you will have overall responsibility for the structural and procedural organization of projects as well as process and quality management in the Accounting and Tax division. Among other things, you will be responsible for setting up and leading the global project team for the implementation of S4/HANA and managing it with internal and external interface partners.

• Implementing a quality management system
• Carrying out process analyses and developing methods for process optimization
• Methodological expertise as well as training, communication and change management as part of project management.
• The further development of the conceptual and methodological framework for the Shared Service Centre Consolidation and Accounting
• All S4/HANA project activities in the accounting area with close links to the FIT4 group programme
• The development and management of a (global) project team (disciplinary and technical) and the coordination with ZEISS internal and external partners

• A degree in economics with a focus on finance
• Several years of management experience in the financial environment with an international context or management experience from the consulting environment
• The ability to successfully build, develop and lead teams
• Excellent analytical and communication skills, quick comprehension and a high degree of flexibility and resilience
• Your communication and leadership skills are very good when working with internal and external interface partners
• You are business fluent in both German and English and willing to travel.
