About The Role
Are you a dynamic HR professional with passion for developing people and making a positive impact for your organisation? If you join our team as Head of Section HR Experts, you will lead a dedicated and competent team of HR experts within Employer Branding, Pension & Insurance and Health, Safety & Environment. Our focus is the Nordic region with its 3,500 employees. The team delivers state-of-the-art HR expert knowledge-based services to our internal customers and decision makers.
- Be responsible for the deliveries of the HR Expert team in accordance with global standards and service agreements
- Lead and coach the team consisting of highly competent subject matter experts
- Champion and build upon a culture that offers a safe, respectful, collaborative, and motivating work environment
- Ensure training and development to meet capability requirements and evolve the professional and technology competencies of the team
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision makers
- Be part of the regional leadership team, reporting to the GSS (Global Shared Services) HR Regional Manager
- Possess strong HR knowledge in general and have proven experience and results from one or more of the subject matters. M&A experience is a plus.
- Can see the big picture while shifting focus between different disciplines and levels of details
- Believe in developing people through delegation, empowerment, and coaching
- Have a solution-oriented mindset, great listening and collaboration skills and decision-making capacity
- Are customer centric and excel at stakeholder management
- Adhere to the “growth mindset” philosophy and influence and foster a constructive feedback culture
- Hold a relevant university degree
- Have excellent written and verbal Norwegian and English skills
