• Timely personnel reporting including creation of ad-hoc reports
• Preparation of the annual personnel planning processes and the personnel budget
• Maintenance and administration of HR systems as well as participation in their further development
• Responsible participation in monthly payroll accounting
• Contact person for all billing-related topics in the billing area
• Implementation of collective bargaining and company regulations in payroll accounting
• Calculation of company pensions and administration of company pension schemes
• Support for economic, payroll tax and social security audits as well as internal audits
• Certification and further correspondence with social insurance providers, offices and authorities

• Completed commercial training or a degree
• Several years of solid professional experience in payroll accounting
• Experience in creating and preparing reports or in controlling
• Sound knowledge of tax, labor and social security law
• High data and IT affinity, experience with ATOSS time recording is an advantage
• Confident use of Microsoft Office products, especially Excel
• Experience with reporting tools such as Power BI is an advantage
• Good knowledge of English is an advantage
• Independent, structured and precise way of working as well as the ability to work in a team
