The Japanese subsidiary of a foreign automotive equipment supplier is currently recruiting for an RO controller. You will be responsible for reporting and financial settlement work. We are looking for people who have strong communication and presentation skills in both Japanese and English.
- Reporting (monthly management report for president, report for regular labor-management meeting, management report for Japan executive)
- Controlling shared services for small business departments
- Year-end closing operations (comparison of financial and control data, preparation of special reports)
- Responding to special requests from various departments
- Management of finance/accounting/controlling monthly meetings (agenda preparation, proceedings, minutes preparation, open point list follow-up)
- project work
- 5+ years of experience in controlling or finance/accounting in an international work environment
- leadership experience
- Business level Japanese and English skills
- Project management experience preferred
- PC skills (SAP, MS power automation, Power BI, Alteryx, UX, Automation Anywhere) welcome
- German language skills welcome
