As a Senior Manager and Regional Service lead for BSO APAC General Ledger (GL), you will report directly to the head of BSO APAC and be responsible for the leadership & daily operations of the BSO APAC GL team, while ensuring our services are delivered with the right quality & in alignment with BSO Global processes & practices as principle

You will become part of the BSO APAC leadership team where you will have a key role entering with a strategic & tactic mind-set to develop the BSO APAC/China GL team, make valuable contributions to the business on the processes & services we deliver on the LEGO Group.

You will also collaborate closely with the Global GL PEN and BSO APAC Leadership Team Stream heads for functional support & Global stream direction.

• Strong leadership experience, with the ability to motivate, engage and coach employees in building impactful and service oriented culture for Financial Accounting of General Ledger processes to support the business across APAC
• Proven ability in planning, driving and lead the yearend closing and financial audit deliverables via team efforts for APAC region on shared service center context
• Skill in breaking down global/regional priorities, strategizing relevant contents or initiatives for implementation back to operational level for execution by the team
• Strong Key Performance Indicator management and ability to lead & coach continuous improvement approach
• Proven great communication & collaboration skills and excellent partner management internally and externally
• Board of Directors GL preparations & coordination

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in accounting/ business-related field & preferably within BSO (Shared Services areas) environment
• 3-5 years of leadership experience in leading multicultural team
• 8+ years of professional experience within broader finance area demonstrating profound process and functional knowledge from a similar position, international experience from a multinational company a preference
• Experience of working and driving in a high collaborative environment under global setting, while delivering local deliveries & promoting coherence and end-to-end perspective
• Strong communication & partner management
• Structured and collaborative approach
• Manage multiple tasks and priorities successfully in a pragmatic working day
• Experienced in Project and change management
• Audit experience is a plus
• Strong Business sense, understanding how business work, and how BSO plays a critical role for the LEGO Group on process optimization and improvement on scalability & productivity agenda
