• Reporting to the CEO and managing a sizeable team, you will be leading the operational finance teams relating to transactional accounting, month end closing, cashflow management, audit, treasury and tax functions.2. You will work closely with the business heads and commercial finance team in providing operational support for key decision making. You will consistently develop and improve on the financial controls strategy and improve process and systems improvements.3. Negotiate, approve and monitor financial resources
• Preparation, planning and control of annual budgets and regular forecasts
• Allocate financial responsibilities appropriately within the business
• Issue detailed monthly finance management information pack highlighting key variances requiring action

• A proven track record of 15+ years of work experience in a shared services set up
• Finance education (e.g. Bachelor of Finance, MBA, etc.). CPA (or an equivalent local degree) is a plus
• Several years of managerial experience in a consulting/auditing role or in a financial role
• Proven success in building organizational structures, implementing processes in a fast-growing environment
• Excellent financial modeling skills with Excel and a great affinity to IT and tools in general
• Ability to deep-dive quickly into all financial topics incl. financing instruments, company law, international tax regulations, etc.
• Experience with financial reporting, forecasting and planning process in an international company
